Here is the process to cancel a soccer game:
To cancel a game, the LEAGUE COORDINATOR must email the following information to Pat Moore CCing the two coaches and FIELD MANAGER hosting the game. If the information is emailed after 5:00 PM on Wednesday before the weekend for the game, then the game is declared a forfeit so game officials can be reimbursed.
League, Date, Time, Field, Home Team, Visitor Team, and Team Cancelling the Game
This means a team requesting the cancellation of a game, must contact the League Coordinator before 5:00 PM on Tuesday before the weekend for the game.
